I remember as a youngster lying on my lounge floor with a giant sketch pad and some marker pens making up cartoon characters, covering page after page with doodles, often cute animals.
These days, I now sit at a desk and draw up my ideas, or create digital illustrations and graphics to be used in artwork or animations. When I’m not doing that, I have a dedicated space in my studio where I can sketch and paint commissioned or personal pieces to my hearts content.
